Ezzeldeen serves as the U.S. Director of Outreach.
He was born in Gaza City in 1971. He completed his Bachelor’s in Political Science and Criminology in the spring of 1997 from Northeastern Illinois University. He then worked for Chicago's Board of Education as an Arabic/English bilingual teacher. In the fall of 2000, he completed his Master’s in International Relations, with specialization in conflict resolution. That year, he moved back to Palestine, and accepted a job with the American International School in Gaza, as a social studies teacher and head of the upper school.
In November 2006, he opened OneVoice Palestine-Gaza office and was appointed as the Executive Director. After the end of the first Gaza War, he moved to Ramallah City and accepted the job of Director of Development in OneVoice Palestine. In the summer of 2011, he moved back to the Gaza Strip and was appointed as Director of OneVoice-Gaza. He returned to the United States in 2015, and is currently the US Outreach Director.
Ezz is based in Chicago with his wife and four children.

Will serves as the CEO of the PeaceWorks Foundation and its signature initiative, the OneVoice Movement.
He previously worked at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation where he worked as the Director of Fundraising and Community Advancement for over seven years.
Prior to this, he worked as the Executive Director of The Slingshot Fund for six years. Will lives in Northampton, MA with his wife Rachel and two young children Max and Aya.

Bridget serves as the Development & Operations Manager for OneVoice Movement.She is passionate about international initiatives and organizations that push for a more just, equitable world through education. Prior to coming to OneVoice, she worked as a researcher for a small, edtech nonprofit that creates learning "bytes" for traditionally underserved regions and populations.
Throughout graduate school, she worked in the international exchange office at NYU, where she was the point person for programming and operations. Bridget is also excited to bring development experience to OneVoice that she gained while working for a number of organizations based in San Diego and Costa Rica. Outside of traditional work, Bridget volunteers regularly as a confidential sexual assault advocate, and has worked extensively with migrant shelters, education initiatives for refugees, and a gender equality organization in Costa Rica.
She earned her Master’s degree in International Education from New York University, and majored in Spanish, Journalism, and Art History at Penn State University. Currently, Bridget is based in Brooklyn, NY.
